Fax-A-Locate
The Fax-A-Locate Program is designed to submit locate requests to the One-Call Center via fax machine. The program is designed to save you time and money by eliminating hold time and lengthy phone calls to the One-Call Center. Once the call center has entered your locate requests they will send you a conformation via fax containing your locate number(s) and a list of member companies that were notified for each locate.
Locate Request faxes received between 7:30 a.m. and noon will be scheduled for the afternoon of the second working day. Any Emergency, Priority, and/or Short notices must be called into the Center.
