Fax-A-Locate

 The Fax-A-Locate Program is designed to submit locate requests to the One Call Center via fax machine. The program is designed to save you time and money by eliminating hold time and lengthy phone calls to the One-Call Center.  Once the call center has entered your locate requests they will send you a conformation via fax containing your locate number(s) and a list of member companies that were notified for each locate.

Locate Request faxes received between 7:30am and 12 Noon will be scheduled for the afternoon of the second working day. Any Emergency, Priority and or Short notices must be called into the center.

Email Tickets

The Email Tickets program is designed to submit locate requests to the One Call Center via email.  Once the call center has entered your locate requests they will send you a conformation via email containing your locate number(s) and a list of member companies that were notified for each locate.

 Mississippi One-Call System has until noon (12:00pm) on the next business day to enter  the tickets(s) received before1:00pm (Monday - Friday excluding weekends and holidays). If MOCS receives this request after 1:00pm (Monday - Friday excluding holidays), they will have until 3:00pm on the next business day to enter the ticket. The 2 working day waiting period will not begin until the above mentioned times.   Email requests can only be routine tickets (2 working day notice - excluding weekends & holidays).  Emergency and short notice email will not be permitted.  Mississippi One-Call System cannot be held liable due to lost or misdirected e-mail request.

Terminal Server 

Terminal Server Ticket Entry was designed for companies that call in a large number of locate request daily, that would like to enter their own locate information and receive a locate request number without having to contact the call center.  Those wishing to participate in out Terminal Server program will need Internet access and should contact Mississippi One Call for more information.
